Zach came to my house today to do an annual plumbing inspection. Zach also did last year‘s plumbing inspection and I had him put on an outdoor faucet, which is really helpful for watering my roses. Ready & Able does a wonderful job with training their technicians and with the paperwork that they provide, they do a checklist where they give you a green check for everything that’s good a yellow for something that they want to talk to you about that, you might want to look at in the future and a red for anything that needs to be taken care of right away. There were a couple of things that had some yellow checks that we talked about some of them that will be taken care of with putting new flooring in my bathroom and a couple of the other things we need to keep an eye on.  This is really appreciated that way I am not surprised by something terrible happening because it was totally unexpected.  I had a contract with Ready & Able to do a heating and air conditioning service once a year and they added the plumbing inspection at no cost. I must admit that this is something that I really hadn’t thought about. But I really do think that it is something that people should have done on a regular basis so that they are aware of things that may be failing in their home that they need to take care of before it ends up being an emergency. Dan was great. Explained everything he was going to do, and actively doing. Expressed a concern that he noticed from the previous contractor, and instead of trying to upsell to have R&A fix it, he recommended I reach out to the contractor first to see if it would be covered under a warranty by them. I always receive such excellent customer service and care from Ready & Able. Highly recommend them. Daniel called before coming.
Ready & Able has such superior service that I find myself comparing other services I have for house things, to them! Daniel showed me the water in the bucket.  See picture Hadn't had a deep clean for a year, although we clean the filters at the beginning of every month. Case in point to get your mini split deep cleaned. All clean. You want to take good care of the air in your home and what you are breathing. Thank you Daniel! Great job!! 👍 And a thank you to the gal who answered the phone this morning. Dan and Levi were great! They came out within an hour of me calling because my central air was not working properly. They checked the entire system, identified the issue, and fixed the problem! Ready and Able performed the semi-annual heat pump check-up and the water system inspection on my property located in Manchester, PA.  Connor replaced the filter on the indoor furnace and checked the system.  No problems found with the heat pump.  During the water system check, Adam identified a leak under one of the bathroom sinks and he stopped the leak by tightening the nut on the stopper connection.  Adam also found a problem with one of the commodes in that the water was not stopping when adjusted and causing additional water to be wasted.  Thanks to Adam identifying the problem, I replaced the defective float control valve with a new flow control valve.

Damiel was prompt, clearly explained what he was doing, as well as why I needed a repair.

Only thing that was a total shock was the really high estimate to replace the evaporator coil.
